Responsibilities
- Managing several internally and externally developed projects in the SOEDESCO portfolio from concept through post-release. You will do this for all SKUs, including overseeing the publishing planning & budget to deliver on time, on budget and to spec, performing milestone reviews, providing publishing services, and taking care of submission to platform holders.
- Overseeing publishing planning and budgets for assigned projects to deliver on time, on budget, and to specification.
- Coordinating with internal teams and external partners including developers, platform holders, and service providers.
- Collaborating with our legal team for contract reviews, improving templates, and performing financial and legal reviews.
- Researching & developing new, and maintaining & optimizing existing, production & publishing procedures.
What experience are we lookingfor?
- 5+ years of previous organizational / project management experience in the game development industry.
- Advanced understanding of game production pipeline and budgets.
- Advanced understanding of the publishing platform holder backends of Steam, Nintendo, PlayStation, and Microsoft
- Knowledge of, and comfort dealing with industrystandard legal documentation.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Both internal and external team members, stakeholders, and third-party service providers are from a very wide variety of countries and cultures, so understanding of- and a respectful attitude towards cultural differences is required.
