As a Publishing Producer you will be taking care of multiple projects from pre-production to post-release. You will guide developers during the publishing process for PC and console platforms, taking care of several publishing services while working with partners from all over the world.

As a Publishing Producer you will be taking care of multiple projects from pre-production to post-release. You will guide developers during the publishing process for PC and console platforms, taking care of several publishing services while working with partners from all over the world.

Your responsibilities include:

• Managing several externally developed projects in the SOEDESCO portfolio from concept through to post-release. You will do this for all SKUs, including overseeing the planning& budgeting, performing milestone reviews, providing publishing services, and taking care of submission to platform holders.
• Being the main point of contact for all relevant stakeholders for these projects, carrying responsibility for ensuring continuous alignment.
• Performing publishing services such as Age Ratings, Localization, Testing, Outsourcing, and Submission. 
• Supporting other producers with mentoring interns and junior team members, and on-boarding new team members.
• Supporting other producers with new business research & development (i.e. new titles, platforms, territories, services, et cetera).
• Researching & developing new publishing procedures and maintaining & optimizing existing procedures.

Who are we looking for:

• 2+ years of previous organizational / project management experience in the game development industry.
• Passionate about and extensive, in-depth knowledge of the games industry.
• Strong creative, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to switch between day-to-day firefighting and long-term planning.
• Able to effectively communicate with multi-disciplinary team members, both in person and online.
• Organized, enthusiastic, self-motivated, and able to take the initiative as the need arises.
• Ability to work under limited supervision.
• Solution-driven attitude.
• Good understanding of game production pipeline and budgets.
• Drive to learn and experience new situations, willing to face challenges with a hands-on mentality.
• Comfortable with investigating and handling new technologies, hardware, and software.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Professional understanding of the Microsoft Office package, with emphasis on Docs / Word, Excel / Sheets, PowerPoint and Forms.

Extra Points for:

• Experience with Jira.
• Basic understanding of graphic and video editing software.
• Basic understanding of game programming and/or game art tools and software.
• Any additional verbal/written languages.
