Short introduction:
As Lead Publishing Producer at SOEDESCO you will manage the Production team with all related procedures and provide mentoring and guidance to all team members. You will also be independently in charge of, and representative for, several key projects in our portfolio (both digital and physical) from concept through post-release.

Responsibilities
- Managing the publishing team as Lead Publishing Producer
- Overseeing and reporting on the entire SOEDESCO portfolio and production team, including all relevant resources.
- Managing several internally and externally developed projects in the SOEDESCO portfolio from concept through post-release. You will do this for all SKUs, including overseeing the publishing planning & budget to deliver on time, on budget and to spec, performing milestone reviews, providing publishing services, and taking care of submission to platform holders.
- Being the main point of contact for all relevant stakeholders for these projects, carrying responsibility for ensuring continuous alignment.
- Hiring and onboarding of new team members and interns.
- Managing, mentoring, supporting, and reporting on current team members.
- Supporting senior management with new business research & development (i.e. new titles, platforms, territories, services, et cetera).
- Collaborating with our legal team for contract negotiations, improving templates, and performing financial and legal reviews.
- Researching & developing new, and maintaining & optimizing existing, production & publishing procedures.
- Managing partner relations (i.e. developers, platform holders, service providers, et cetera)
What experience are we lookingfor?
- 5+ years of previous organizational / project management experience in the game development industry.
- 2+ years of experience in a lead function
- Advanced understanding of game production pipeline and budgets.
- Advanced understanding of the publishing platform holder backends of Steam, Nintendo, PlayStation, and Microsoft
- Knowledge of, and comfort dealing with industry standard legal documentation.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Both internal and external team members, stakeholders, and third-party service providers are from a very wide variety of countries and cultures, so understanding of- and a respectful attitude towards cultural differences is required.
