SOEDESCO® Studios is looking for a
Junior Game Programmer
We’re looking for a Junior Game Programmer to join the in-house team. As Junior Programmer at SOEDESCO Studios you tackle all aspects of cross platform projects with a focus on console and PC. You will be involved in a project from start to finish, working closely with the Producer and development team to create outstanding game experiences.
Requirements
- Knowledge of Unity3D is a must; knowledge of the Unreal engine a plus
- Proficient in C# and Object Oriented Programming, and other language is a plus
- Ability to clearly comment code and conform to specific coding standards
- Experience working with Git, SVN, or similar version of source control
- Experience with profiling and optimizing code or interested in learning
- Understanding of 3D Math/physics
- Good/Fluent in English, and other language is a plus

Plusses:

Bachelor’s degree in related field and/or equivalent work experience
- Development experience in the game industry
- Knowledge of game production pipeline
- Experience with cross platform development

SOEDESCO is a privately owned Dutch video game publisher and video game developer based in Rotterdam. The company was established in 2002 and we originally sold accessory and game bundles. In 2014 SOEDESCO expanded into retail game publishing for indie game titles for the European and North American markets. SOEDESCO publishes indie games made by independent developers as well as original game IPs owned by SOEDESCO. We also develop in our own game studios in Rotterdam and Pilsen, Czech Republic.
